Although Levitt’s whereabouts in the years right after he left Maimonides, in 1977, are unclear, prosecutors say he has been living outside Massachusetts since the early 1980s.
…the perpetrator more often then not is more familiar with the legal loopholes then some of the defence lawyers taking their case.Often victims move far away from the country they lived in at the time (sound familiar?)which makes it even more complicated.

Unfortunately, the Levitt case does not stand alone.
