What brought the subject up was, we had learned a terrorist group was operating in New York City that was not one of those under our own control. We duly informed Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and he said he already knew of this group, and he was also very surprised it was not one of those under our control. We often operate such through cut-outs like Turkey, Saudi, Pakistan. I believe 9/11 was pulled off by an Al Qaida splinter cell from Egypt, one not under Osama bin Laden’s control, and perhaps just pretending to be part of his organization. Egypt? This is a next-door neighbor of Israel. Wadda you think?
