However, Turkey has been sabre rattling since the beginning of the Russian campaign so in my opinion Turkey was in the wrong over this incident.

Why should NATO back a member state if it disobeys the rules? Really Turkey should be expelled from NATO, they are a liability as we have seen. So if Turkey gets a resounding slap from Russia I won’t be sorry about it. If the Daesh are being supplied arms by Turkey in exchange for Daesh oil then Turkey should be punished by continuing to bomb the convoys in and out and applying the sanctions put in by Russia that are now in place.

If this escalates out of control then the blame will be firmly on the shoulders of Turkey.

Mr Putin keep up the good work.
